How long does your program run?
Our programs run for a full 35 weeks
What is the cost?
For a 45 minute class (ages 2-4) we charge $900 for the year
For a 60-90 minute class (k and up) we charge $1100 for the year
What if my child doesn’t enjoy class and wants to drop?
First we welcome your dancer to try as many classes for free to see if something else works! If nothing excites your dancer, we will refund your payment within the first 30 days with a written note. After 30 days we will credit you for the next year. We do not issue refunds after the first 30 days.
What are your class sizes?
Ages 2-4 limit of 12
K-1- limit of 14
Grades 2-3 to Grades 6-7- limit of 16
Grades 8-12 limit of 20
Do all dancers have a recital?
Yes! All our dancers, even our tiniest humans have a recital! Ages 2-4 are in May and K-12 are the first weekend of June. If you dancer is not interested in the recital, we appreciate this! We will never force someone to participate and they will continue learning through the rehearsal process.
Is there a fee for a costume?
Yes. All dancers will receive a costume. We attempt to keep these fees below $75. We bill for costumes in January.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We color code all of our ballet students, please refer to our dress code page.
All other styles of dance are black leotard, black leggings
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We can set a level payment schedule for you. We do an 8 month level billing from the time of registration.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes! We are blessed with an annual scholarship donation from an alumni! If you are interested in being considered, download our scholarship form and send it in! Scholarships are merit based as well as need based. If you are interested in making a donation email us at [email protected]
What is a Company?
We offer a company experience in ballet, modern and hip hop. Joining a company allows your dancer more performing opportunities as well as two full classes and a rehearsal. If your dancer enjoys performing in community outreach as well as a special performance at the end of the year, learning how to become more responsible for themselves and their team this is a great jumping off point! Company auditions take place in April. Visit our Company requirement page for more information.
What is the Competition Team?
Our competitive team meets between 4 and 9 times a week! We require all team members to take two ballet class, jazz, modern, stretch and strength as well as rehearsals on Friday. We compete 4 times a year. We have 4 teams, mini grades 2-3, Junior grades 4-5, Teen grade 6-7 and Senior grades 8-12. The team has auditions each year in April. What technique of ballet do you utilize?
We use the Vaganova technique.
What technique of modern do you utilize?
We use the Horton technique.
What is Muv Stretch?
Muv Stretch is a program for all dancers! Cynthia D’Angelo has been certified in this new stretch program set by a dance physiologist and former dancer.
Bands are needed at at cost of $25 and a yoga mat is needed.
